A brief synopsis of the past few months…
We’ve been active but somewhat subterranean since Rob’s Halloween party/show. Holidays and winter tend to do that. We’ve managed to write 2.9 new songs. Maybe 2.8. It’s hard to tell how close that 3rd one is to being ready. There are other song nuggets in the backlog waiting to fractionally edge their way toward becoming whole numbers in our arsenal.
We’ve started the process of recording songs. Like actual and official representations of them that we don’t apologize for in a awkward and demur qualification. What we do with them after that is TBD. Any bands out there want to do a split 12” record? Just thought I’d ask.
We also have a show at Brekken’s in St John’s on March 31st. Justin has been booking some rad shows there since The Foggy Notion shut down, and we’re looking forward to playing.
What else is there to say? Trailblazers are solidly in the playoffs. Timbers won their first game. My allergies hate me, but the cherry blossoms sure do look nice.
